Description of Walk

As you drive into the Ogwen valley, Tryfan rises majestically from the A5. Our proposed route will take the classic North ridge, weather permitting, up to the summit. We'll take in the classic Cannon, captured in many photographs. At times exposed, the route requires a steady foot and at times hands as we make our way to the summit (915m/3020 feet). From here we follow the south ridge returning back to Ogwen Cottage. The Ogwen Valley will never be the same again.
